About me
I’m a certified yoga instructor based in Miami, Florida. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with a focus on mindful movement and the deep connection between body, breath, and mind.
I was drawn to yoga through my own healing journey and quickly came to see the practice as a way of coming home—to myself, my body, and the present moment. My approach is rooted in nervous system support, self-awareness, and creating space for stillness, softness, and strength to coexist.
I primarily teach in the Vinyasa style, weaving breath and movement together to create grounding, intuitive flows. I hold a deep respect for the body and the practice, always approaching it with the belief that movement is a privilege—one to be honored with presence, patience, and care.
My goal is to guide students back to themselves, gently and authentically, through movement that feels safe, supported, and deeply embodied.
